DIRECTIONS

FROM BOSTON

1. Take Route 3 - South to Cape Cod Canal
2. Cross Sagamore Bridge to Route 6 - East
3. Take Route 6 - East past Exit 12 to Orleans Rotary
4. Take 1st right off Rotary (Route 6A)
5. Stay on Route 6A for approximately ¼ mile
6. The Orleans Inn is on the left side of the 1st stoplight

FROM ROUTE 6A OR 28

1. Take Route 6a or 28 to Orleans
2. Pass through Main Street Intersection
3. The Orleans Inn is on the right at the next stoplight

From New York and Providence

1. North on I-95 to Providence, Rhode Island
2. In Providence, take 195 - East to 495 - South and Route 25 - East
3. Continue on Route 25 to Exit 2
4. Follow signs to Sagamore Bridge
5. Cross Sagamore Bridge to Route 6 - East
6. Take Route 6 - East past Exit 12 to Orleans Rotary
7. Take 1st right off Rotary (Route 6A)
8. Stay on Route 6A for approximately ¼ mile
9. The Orleans Inn is on the left side of the 1st stoplight

OUR POLICIES

We do take full payment for the room at the time of booking. However, there is no cancellation penalty if you call and release your room before 6pm the day of arrival. Please make sure to receive a confirmation number of the cancellation.

Breakfast is included for all overnight guests.

Guest rooms are NOT pet friendly.

Guest rooms and Inn are smoke free.

All Rooms are accessed only by a set of stairs

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
